Avalon Villa is a 3 bedroom villa overlooking the sea located just east of Ocho Rios. All bedrooms are air conditioned and have private bathrooms. There is a studio cottage that can be rented with the main house, providing up to 4 bedrooms available for rental. The single story main villa features a large living and dining room, with windows and doors that open up to a long verandah. The verandah has outdoor seating and dining areas overlooking the pool and sea.
The property features a private fresh water swimming pool and a stone staircase that winds down to the seaside terrace. Swimming is only allowed when the waters are calm, as the cove is very rocky and dangerous in rough waters.
Avalon has a newly constructed party area with a wet bar and large terrace overlooking the sea. Combined with the landscaped gardens at Avalon, this villa provides the ideal seaside location for a wedding of up to 200 guests. There are 2 small bathrooms located at the entertainment area for guests to use. Avalon also has a full set of lights and decorations available for decorating the trees and terrace. A full staff of 5 people work at Avalon including a cook, 2 housekeepers, a laundress and a gardener.

Wedding surcharge: $15 per person
Wedding location fee: $500 - $1000
Minimum stay is 4 nights during low season (summer) and 7 nights during high season (winter). There is a 10% surcharge on nightly rates less than one week.
