Coral Cay is a luxurious seaside property in Ocho Rios, with 3 separate villas, a private beach and pool. All 3 villas have 4 air-conditioned bedrooms and 4 bathrooms each, with private balconies and patios overlooking the Caribbean. Additionally, one of the villas has 2 studio rooms connected by a hallway from the main home.

This villa property is ideal for weddings and family celebrations.  Three seaside gazebos provide the perfect location for taking pictures or watching the sunset.  With wide, manicured lawns and sweeping views of the Caribbean, Coral Cay feels like its own private resort.  There are several outdoor dining options including poolside, seaside, or gardenside dining areas.  Coral Cay comes with a full staff including a cook, housekeeper, laundress, and a gardener.

Summer Rates per week: 1BR - $1100 / 4BR - $4000

Winter Rates per week: 1BR - $1500 / 4BR - $5000

Wedding size (maximum): 100

Wedding surcharge: $15 per person

Wedding location fee: $500 - $1000

Minimum stay is 4 nights during low season (summer) and 7 nights during high season (winter). There is a 10% surcharge on nightly rates less than one week.
