Villa Viento

Villa Viento is a seaside 7 bedroom villa property located on 2 acres of tropical gardens just east of Prospect Plantation near Reggae Beach in Ocho Rios. This villa features a large living room that opens up to an enormous L-shaped, covered verandah. An outdoor dining area seats 14 on the verandah, and is the central dining room for all guests staying at Villa Viento. The main house has 2 air-conditioned bedrooms and private bathrooms overlooking the gardens.

Located down a path from the main house, the Island Suites are the newest addition to Villa Viento. Each of the 3 one-bedroom suites have private bathrooms, seating areas, TVs, air conditioning, telephone and mini-fridges. Additionally, 2 of the Island Suites feature sleeper sofas. The 2 Seaview Suites are located side by side and have the same amenities as the Island Suites.

The freshwater pool has an outdoor bar with seating for 20, and plenty of room for additional tables and chairs. The spacious 2 acres of tropical grounds and seaside gazebo are a perfect location for a wedding or large party for up to 150 guests. Steps lead into the sea from the gazebo, but swimming is only allowed on days when the sea is calm.  Renting as few as 4 bedrooms ensures privacy at the property, as the villa is only rented to one group at a time. Villa Viento has a full staff including cook, housekeepers, laundress, and gardener.

Wedding size (maximum): 150

Wedding surcharge: $15 per person

Wedding location fee: $500 - $1000

Minimum stay is 4 nights during low season (summer) and 7 nights during high season (winter). There is a 10% surcharge on nightly rates less than one week.
