Customs Forms
Before your flight lands in Montego Bay, your flight staff will hand you 2 forms that you must fill out in order to enter the country. Flight attendants are well educated in filling out customs forms, so they can assist you if you have any questions.
Once you land in Jamaica, you will need to show these forms to Customs.
Arriving at Montego Bay Sangster Airport
When you arrive, you walk down a series of hallways until you arrive at Customs. These hallways are air-conditioned but long, and airport staff is available to assist disabled travelers upon request.
Luggage Pickup
After you present your passport and papers to the Customs agent, you pick up your luggage. Once you have all of your belongings, you go to the final Customs checkpoint and Arrivals Hall.
Transportation to Your Resort
The Arrivals Hall is where you make your transportation connection. Jamaica Transportation Limited (JTL) has an information and check-in desk located at the end of the Arrivals Hall just beyond the pay phones. If you don't notice the pay phones, look to your left before walking outside and you'll see the Jamaica Transportation Limited desk. Check in with JTL for your bus or private transfer to your destination. Once you have checked in, JTL will lead you to your bus or car and introduce you to your driver. Your luggage will be loaded into the bus or car, and you can sit back and relax while you're driven to your destination.
