The Sugar Mill Restaurant is located on the Rose Hall estate, overlooking the old sugar plantation grounds and a small pond. There is an old waterwheel located at the restaurant's site, adding to the colonial and historical atmosphere. Gourmet Jamaican cuisine is served by candlelight at this romantic restaurant, which features dishes such as curried goat with homemade chutney, jasmine rice and goat cheese croquette, and homemade rum raisin ice cream.
