Rockhouse Restaurant
Rockhouse Restaurant is perched on a coral cliff lagoon in the West End, offering unique gourmet cuisine in one of the best locations in Negril. A gleaming wooden bar with comfortable couches and stools sits underneath a spacious thatched roof, and the tables are located seaside along the lagoon. There is a private table located in a cliffside nook, and the outdoor tables are lit by torch and candlelight after the sun sets.
Everything on the menu at Rock House is worthy of mention, as the chefs weave Jamaica's various cultures together in dishes such as the Lobster Blaze Rolled Tortilla with salsa and sour cream, Jamaican jambalaya, or Coconut Chicken with savory pineapple relish. The fried plantains melt in your mouth, and the Red Stripe Beer Battered Snapper is out of this world. Rock House also offers an extensive drink menu and wine list. Make sure to get up here by 6:00 to catch the sunset along with your dinner.
