This unique restaurant is located outside of Ocho Rios in the small town of Moneague. Known as one of the best restaurants on the north coast, Cafe Aubergine serves European Jamaican cuisine for lunch and dinner. An organic garden outside produces most of the vegetables and fruits served in the restaurant. The European-trained chef has created dishes such as lemon caper chicken, boulliabaisse, and mussels alla marinara.
