The result of a top chef collaboration, Norma's at the Marina is a seaside eatery overlooking Navy Island in Port Antonio. Norma Shirley, the renowned owner of two popular restaurants in Negril and Kingston, joined forces with Gary Fergusson and Colin Hilton to create a culinary experience unparalleled elsewhere on the island. Norma's cooks most dishes from scratch, including the delicious bread served with every meal. Other ingredients are purchased from local farmers such as local spicy sausages and red snapper.
